I​ graduated from Santa Clara University with a MA in Counseling Psychology, and an emphasis in Health Psychology. For many years I worked with adults, teens, and children with developmental disabilities and mental illness. 

I have been in private practice in Willow Glen, CA since 2014; helping clients young and old become a healthier version of themselves. I have partnered with many families having difficulty with behavior issues and emotional outbursts. ​

It is my passion to see the world and learn from others. I have traveled extensively and lived in three different countries. I understand both the challenges and joys of life change as well as living as an expat. I love spending time with family & friends, being a mama to two boys, and seeing the world.
